We offer our landlords 3 different services that are tailored to our client’s requirements. The service only changes once the tenant has moved in and we have received the completion monies. Regardless of which service is chosen all properties will be advertised the same way and all proposed tenants will be referenced and credit checked in the same way.

Let Only Service Includes:

Collection of all completion monies, 6 week deposit & first months rent
Release of Keys
Deposit Registered and transferred to the DPS
Standing order set up between the tenant and landlord directly

Rent Collection Service Includes:

Collection of all completion monies, 6 week deposit & first months rent
Release of Keys
Deposit Registered and transferred to the DPS
Monthly rent demands
Monthly Statements
Rent direct to your account within 7 working days of receipt
Where necessary eviction notices served (section 21, Housing Act 1988)
Inventory/Check in/check out arranged

Fully Managed Service Includes:
